Inslogic PA6-CF (Nylon Carbon Fiber) filament is a strong, reliable material designed for high-performance 3D printing. Blending tough Nylon (PA6) with carbon fibers, it delivers outstanding mechanical strength, stiffness, and heat resistance. This makes it ideal for functional prototypes, mechanical components, and end-use parts that require durability and performance under tough conditions. Keep in mind that carbon fiber is abrasive, so using a hardened nozzle is recommended.
Key Features:
-
High Strength & Stiffness: Carbon fiber reinforcement greatly enhances mechanical properties compared to standard nylon.
-
Heat & Wear Resistant: Perfect for parts subjected to friction, heat, or repeated mechanical stress.
-
Reduced Warping & Shrinkage: Offers better dimensional stability and easier printing than regular nylon.
-
Chemical Resistance: Resists oils, fuels, and many chemicals, ideal for industrial applications.
-
Superior Surface Finish: Prints have a matte finish with a professional appearance suitable for engineering-grade components.
Applications:
-
Mechanical and functional prototypes
-
Lightweight, strong drone and automotive parts
-
Jigs, fixtures, and tooling
-
High-wear components like gears and bearings
-
Industrial parts requiring high strength-to-weight ratios
